General Information:

Seasalter Sounds is a small independent record label run by Alex Williams of The Psychøtic Reactiøn, primarily to sell our own self produced CDs. We are based in Whitstable, Kent, UK.

Shipping:

We charge for shipping at a standard rate of £1 per CD. This applies to anywhere in the world. CDs will be sent first class within the UK and air mail to the rest of the world.

We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible. All items advertised on our site are in stock. However, as we are an amateur operation and have day jobs, you should be aware that we might not be able to deal with orders straight away. Please allow at least 1 week for delivery in the UK and 2 weeks for everywhere else.

Payment:

We only accept payments via Paypal secure credit/debit card processing. Transactions are processed by Paypal themselves. We never get to see your credit card details.

All our prices are in pounds sterling. If you are using another currency, conversion will be carried out automatically by paypal or your bank at their standard exchange rate.

You will not be charged any extra handling fees for using Paypal.

Goods and Descriptions:

Descriptions of each title clearly state whether it is a CD or CDR.

CD means a professionally pressed glass-mastered CD. These are guaranteed to work on any CD player.

CDRs are recordable CDs. These will either be home made or burned by a professional studio (see individual descriptions for exact details). CDRs are not guaranteed to work on all CD players. If you have had problems playing CDRs in the past, they might not work for you. If you find that a CDR won't play, you can return it for a full refund (see below).

None of our products is copy protected in any way.

Returns:

If any product you receive from us is faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund (your choice).

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return any goods within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind. In this case we will NOT pay for postage or refund postage costs. We will only be able to refund the cost of the item itself.
